Marysville Drakes Rally Past Dublin Leprechauns 6-5

July 22 2024 The Marysville Drakes defeated the Dublin Leprechauns 6-5 at Bryant Field. Marysville scored in four innings, including two runs in the second and fifth, then added single runs in the third and eighth. Dublin scored twice in the fifth, twice in the eighth and once in the ninth but could not complete the comeback.

Chris Harmond led Marysville’s seven-hit attack by going 3-for-3 with two runs and two RBI. A. Green added two hits, including a double, with two runs and one RBI. B. Thomas and J. Leslie also drove in runs for the Drakes.

Stone Miyao paced Dublin with two hits, three runs and one RBI, including a triple. D. Gardiner contributed one hit and two RBI as the Leprechauns finished with five hits and five walks.

Earl Johnson earned the win for Marysville after allowing two runs on two hits in six innings while striking out 11 and walking two. Bryan Krolikowski recorded the save with a scoreless ninth despite allowing one unearned run. Nico Camacho took the loss for Dublin after giving up five runs, three earned, on six hits in five innings.
